Albert Arms - Esher

The room exceeded my expectations, beingvery comfy and tidy. I loved how warm and friendly the staff were.

My favourite property in Esher. Wonderful base for 3 nights. Good food and complimentary drinks.

Lovely venue, outstanding food, unbeatable location near the racecourse. Location so close to nice restaurants and coffee shops. For shots visit The Bear, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Great coffee machine and very clean! No butter for breakfast and limited options, though.

The staff were super friendly, and the pub was great. We visited a lovely cafe nearby for breakfast and had dinner at the pub which was delicious. Just a heads up, they don't provide fans in the rooms. It was a cool stay and a great location.

On the downside, the shower in our room was quite dirty, disappointing given the otherwise nice condition of the room.

Family with children worthy stay!

The staff were friendly, just what you want when traveling with kids! My son loved the Sunday roast, it was fantastic food compared to most places.

It wasn't cheap, but definitely worth the experience.

The room was comfy n super clean. The staff were really friendly n helpful. They had a nice little kitchen too with a fridge n toaster. Loved the fluffy towels n the bed was made every day, a nice touch. I had a pretty great stay n would totally rebook!

The staff were attentive throughout our stay. The pub dining experience was good with a fantastic menu and a vibrant atmosphere filled with friendly locals.

The room lacked some amenities that would have elevated our comfort.

Nice stay with a cozy vibe

We spent a night here and had a comfy room. The shower was great, and having a coffee machine was a sweet bonus! The staff was super friendly. We enjoyed some drinks at the bar, but they took a while to come, a bit annoying. Still a chill spot to grab a bite and relax.

Rooms could benefit from better cleanliness standards!!! The lack of food options was disappointing, which certainly didn't match the advertised experience!!! More attention to detail in room preparation is needed!!!

Almost perfect

The Albert Arms provided a comfortable and elegantly decorated room, just across from the pub. Its location is ideal. The staff were particularly attentive.

A microwave in the kitchen would be convenient.

Quick check-in made the arrival pleasant. Breakfast was good. Try the lighter options if you're not starving. The location was ideal for our needs, but be prepared for street parking as there is no onsite facility.

We had a fantastic time , especially enjoying the cozy feel of the double room and the mouthwatering Sunday roast with all the delicious trimmings. The breakfast options were very satisfying, and the portion sizes were excellent!
